Rosa Mary Gerald Spell, 86, died February 29, 2016 at her residence. Funeral services will be 2 pm Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Southern Funeral Home Chapel in Lexington. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 12 noon also at the funeral home. Burial will be in Tranquil Cemetery in Yazoo City.
Mrs. Spell was a homemaker and a member of Eden Baptist Church.
Survivors are grandsons, Michael and Joe Spell and Bob Millwood all of Yazoo City; daughter-in-law, Glenda Millwood of Yazoo City; brother, Howard Gerald of Liberty; two great grandsons, Zachary and Drayton Spell and one great granddaughter, Madison Spell.
Preceded in death by her husband, Z.D. “Man” Spell; son, Jimmy Wayne Spell and parents, Thomas and Emma Kirkland Gerald.
