Mrs. Katie Wigley Drennan, 82, died January 8, 2018 at the Holmes County Hospital in Lexington. Visitation will be 11 am ti the service time at 1 pm Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Southern Funeral Home in Lexington. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Lexington.
Mrs. Drennan was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church. For 48 years, Mrs. Drennan along with her husband were the owner of Ebenezer Cash Store. She is survived by her son, Jimmy Drennan (Deborah) of Lexington; grandsons, Jake Drennan (Hayley) of Lexington, John Drennan (Melissa) of Hernando and Thomas Drennan (Joelyn) of Brookline, NH; three great grandchildren, Anna, Maddie and Wiley; and sisters, Lillian Cook of Clinton, Pauline Pinter (Ernest) of Harperville, Janice Fox (Joe) of Carthage and Elaine Ables (Lamar) of Como.
