Wesley Dean "Rocky" Looper died June 3, 2019 at his residence in Hamilton, MS. Visitation will be 1 pm until 2 pm Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Southern Funeral Home in Lexington, MS. Graveside services to follow visitation at McLellan-Wilkins Cemetery in West, MS
Rocky was born August 3, 1959 to Lena Elizabeth McNeer Looper and William Roy Looper. Rocky was an independent pipe fitter and a licensed minister. He was a member of Shaeffers Chapel.
Survivors are sons, Wesley Dean Istre (Jeanne) of Winnie, TX and Cody Dean Looper of Hamilton, MS; daughter, Emily Carpenter (Robin) of Madison; brothers, William Roy "Bill" Looper, Jr. and James Pat Looper both of Perry, FL; sister Debbie Sturdivant of Greenville, South Carolina and 5 grandchildren.
