Linda Simmons Tackitt,82. of Pickens,Ms passed away Monday June 29 at Highland Homes Nursing Center in
Ridgeland,Miss.
Linda had worked in the child care at the Presbyterian Church in Pickens for a number of years, she was a member of the Pickens Baptist
She is survived by her daughters Tammie Tackitt Watkins (John) of Pelahatchie,Ms, Kasey Jenkins (Donald) of
Terry, Ms, Son Steve Tackitt of Ridgeland,Ms and son-in-law Phil Graham of Lexington,Ms. She is also
survived by a sister June Durff of Lexington,MS, brothers Tommy Simmons of Benton, Ms and Benny Simmons of Ark..
There will be graveside services Thursday July 2, at 11 A.M. at the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Lexington,MIss.
