William Ronald Thweatt, 71, of Carthage, MS, formerly of Holmes County, passed away at his home on Tuesday, April 19, 2022. Ronnie, as he was known by his friends, was a retired business owner. He had also served in the U. S. Army.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his father E. J. Thweatt, his mother Alyce Floyd McBride, and a granddaughter Abbie O'Cain.

Ronnie is survived by his daughter Stephanie Thweatt (Shane) Edwards of Lexington, MS, and his son William Ronald (Kristie) Thweatt, Jr. of Brandon, MS. He is also survived by his sister Shirley Jean Holman and 4 grandchildren.

There will be a private memorial service at a later date.
