Obituary for Sam Johnson Reynolds
Sam Johnson Reynolds, 88, of Lexington, MS, passed away at his home on Tuesday, July 19, 2022.
Sam was preceded in death by his parents Eugene J. and Annie Lee Edwards Reynolds, and his wife Elaine Reynolds.
He was retired from the U. S. Air Force as a Tech Sergeant and the Lexington police and fire department as a dispatcher.
Sam is survived by his son John Roche and wife Mimi of Longview, TX, his daughters Wendy Franklin and her husband Hippie of Belzoni, MS, Julie Steen and her husband Billy of Kosciusko, MS, and Sherryl Horn and her husband Jonas of French Camp, MS. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation and funeral services will be Saturday, July 23, 2022 at Southern Funeral Home. The visitation will begin at 10 a.m., followed by the funeral services at 11 a.m. Burial will be in the Malone Cemetery near Lexington.
